The "Get him outta here, he blows!" Player of the Week

TSR's "Get him outta here, he blows!" player of the week goes to Slava Medvedenko, former NBA player for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Slava was born in the USSR in 1979 and his basketball skills are comparable to Stalin's compassion skills. His most notable time in the NBA came during the 2004 season on a Lakers team that included Kobe, Shaq, Gary Payton and Karl Malone. He was terrible, it seemed like the Lakers could function much better without him on the floor. He averaged 8.3 ppg but only 2.8 rebounds per game, not too good for a starting power forward. He also took 8 shots a game when he should have been taking 0 shots a game, or maybe watching the game and taking 8 shots of liquor at the bar in the staples center club level. The all star team that was the 04 Lakers got dismantled in the finals by an actual team, the Rip-Billups pistons.

So for that TSR would like to extend a big "Ya Blow!" to Slava Medvedenko!
